A service (tune-up) is for an AC or furnace that is that is currently working but needs a safety inspection, cleaning, and/or routine maintenance.
A $119 diagnostic covers technician travel and diagnosing the problem. There would also be the cost of the repair and replacement parts (if needed). We will inform you of the price and your options before any work is completed.
We repair residential air conditioners, furnaces, humidifiers, and thermostats. We do NOT service boilers/radiant heating, rooftop units, evaporative/swamp coolers, window units, whole house fans, geothermal, electric baseboard heaters, water heaters, fireplaces, propane, apartments, condos, mobile homes, or commercial properties at this time.
